Our approach

At Action Provocateurs we help people, businesses and organisations take action to achieve their goals with focus, clarity and enthusiasm - saving time and money, bringing teams closer together and businesses closer to their customers.

As professionally trained coaches, we offer guidance (to help a client through the process of change), challenge (to help push them on further than they might go themselves) and support (to create a learning journey for everyone involved and a culture of curiosity and responsibility). 

We work with our clients to help identify the opportunities, create and monitor a plan and support the delivery of that plan by working with the people involved in its implementation. We can, and have been involved in providing an extra pair of hands on the delivery of a project, so project management is also in our scope. Our preference, however, is to support those in the business who are responsible for taking it forward longer term. 

Who we are

Action Provocateurs is owned and run by Isla McCrone.  With a career spanning the private and public sectors, Isla brings extensive experience including learning and development, human resources, IT, sales and marketing, business development and public policy development and delivery.  As a professional coach and facilitator she has worked with small business owners, private and public sector organisations and leaders at middle, senior and executive level across a range of sectors, including national and local government, higher education, IT, financial services, manufacturing and hospitality.

Action Provocateurs also works in partnership with other organisations and associates so we can deliver the best solution for you.
