Anne MacNab
Anne has successfully designed and delivered impactful workshops and events as a facilitator, trainer and coach for the last 13 years. She has worked in multiple industries and contexts in the UK, Europe and the USA supporting organisations both large and small, and private individuals. Anne also works for Edinburgh Napier University, where she designs and delivers engaging personal and professional development to undergraduates, graduates, post-graduates.
Anne spent 12 years working in various dynamic and highly productive business environments. The majority of that time was spent in United Distillers (now Diageo), in various middle and senior management roles. Anne is known for her personable style, ability to attune to the dynamics between tasks to be achieved and the people responsible for them, and has proven expertise in designing individual and group activities that assess problems and generate workable solutions. Anne is an accredited DiSC behavioural analysis practitioner, for use with both individuals and teams and has achieved the Edinburgh Napier University Mentoring and Coaching Award (ENMCA) accreditation. |
Dr Rosie Doyle
Rosie is an experienced, creative and impactful facilitator who brings a wide knowledge of personal and professional development to enhance learning.
Rosie previously worked as a Teaching Fellow in Organisation Studies at St Andrews University Management School. Her early career was in arts and leisure management, as a marketing development and research consultant for arts clients such as Sheffield Crucible Theatre, the National Gallery and the Arts Council of England, and she has worked in personal and professional development since 1998. She has a MA in Knowledge and Human Resource Management from Lancaster University, and an Advanced Diploma in Person-centred Counselling from Sheffield Hallam University. She was awarded her PhD from University of St Andrews in 2009. Rosie is an accredited DiSC behavioural analysis practitioner, for use with both individuals and teams. |
Dr Jen Jenkins
Jen combines a knowledge of psychology with commercial expertise to create engaging leadership development programmes that inspire individuals and teams to thrive and deliver results.
Jen's work as a Business Psychologist has been built by combining an academic background in Psychology with over ten years' commercial experience in senior leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Her roles spanned front line operations in sales and marketing to strategic leadership roles as International Director in the areas of Commercial Operations and Learning and Development. Jen's approach is to combine simple insights from Psychology and Neuroscience with her commercial expertise to create People Development Strategies that are aligned with core business values and objectives. Jen is also a skilled practitioner in a number of psychometric tools which she uses to support coaching conversations and to provide insight for optimising individual and team performance. |
Dave Wills
Dave is a learning facilitator with a difference, combining as he does, many years’ experience as a coach and trainer, with a career in acting and performance. Having spent 18 years in the corporate world, from banking and insurance to engineering and manufacturing, Dave’s transition from occupational pensions to leadership development via safety management, saw him cultivate a real passion for experiential learning.
His already unique approach to people development took on an interesting dimension when he studied acting at the age of 40. As he pursued a professional acting career, Dave introduced elements of theatre and performance into his training/coaching work where his approach to experiential learning has delivered amazing results. He loves creating the atmosphere that elicits the emotion where moments of discovery and breakthrough reside. Dave holds coaching, training and management qualifications. He and is is an Associate Coach and Facilitator with the Leadership Trust and a Founding Member of the Association for Coaching in Scotland. With a Diploma in Acting and a member of Equity, he truly is an edutainer! |
